What is changing?

The space is transitioning to new ownership and will be renamed to Station 386 as of February 25th. Day-to-day operations, access, and how you use the space will remain the same.
Is my membership changing?

No.
Your membership access, benefits, pricing, and terms remain exactly the same.
Will the space operate differently?

No.
The coworking areas, offices, meeting room, and event venue will function the same way they do now, with the same systems, policies, and general experience you’re used to.
Is the location changing?

No.
The current location is not changing and will remain fully operational.
What is new or expanding?

This transition allows for growth. Members will soon have access to a second location at the Hunt Club, offering additional workspace, meeting options, and flexibility as part of your membership.
More details about timing and access to the Hunt Club location will be shared soon.
Will I need to sign a new contract or agreement?

No.
Your existing membership agreement remains valid, and no action is required from you at this time.
Are event bookings or rentals affected?

No.
All existing and future event bookings remain confirmed. Contracts, pricing, and agreed-upon terms are still valid and unchanged.
Will pricing increase because of this transition?

No immediate pricing changes are planned as part of this transition.
Who will be running the space?

Station 386 will be operated by Mailynne Calvin, Taylor Parker, and their team. Emma will remain involved during the transition to ensure continuity and a smooth handoff.
Will Emma still be around?

Yes.
Emma will be present during the transition and will continue using the space as a member afterward.
Do I need to do anything right now?

No action is needed.
Your access and membership continue as normal. Simply keep using the space as you always have.
